Customer Reviews
Great quality, good service
I recently ordered a Noble & Cooley CD Maple Snare Drum. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable, and the drum arrived securely packaged with no damage. The snare itself is of exceptional quality, a beautiful instrument with a fantastic sound. I had a quick question about tuning, and their support team was helpful and knowledgeable. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps offer more detailed tracking updates, but overall, a very positive experience. I'm pleased with my purchase and the service provided.
Good deal on drum kit
I was looking for a new drum kit and found a used Noble & Cooley Horizon Series kit here. The price was significantly better than other places I checked. It arrived well-packed, and the condition was exactly as described. I feel like I got a really good value for my money. Definitely worth the purchase if you're on a budget.
Maple drum is awesome!
Ordered a Noble & Cooley CD Maple tom drum and it's just incredible! The sound is so rich and resonant. It fit perfectly with my existing kit. Delivery was super fast too, showed up in just three days. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely be coming back for more!
Decent snare, slow shipping
I bought a Noble & Cooley Alloy Classic Snare Drum. The drum itself is really good, well-made, and sounds fantastic. However, the shipping took almost two weeks to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but the initial estimate was shorter. Overall, a solid product, just wish the delivery was quicker.
Happy with my new hi-hat
So, I decided to finally upgrade my hi-hats and grabbed a Noble & Cooley set from here. They sound amazing, way better than my old ones. The whole process was pretty smooth, no drama or anything. It just showed up a few days after I ordered. I'm pretty stoked with them, honestly. Felt good to get something nice for my kit.

Hey, thinking about grabbing one of their snare drums. I'm in NYC, any idea how long shipping usually takes? Worried about it getting stuck somewhere.
Does anyone know if Cooley's take Affirm or PayPal Pay in 4? Trying to spread out the cost a bit, these drums are not cheap lol.
